Role

You will serve as a Consultant in this simulation. The main duties of this role are:

  • Working in a project team of 5 people (1 team leader, 1 senior consultant and 3 consultants)

  • Conducting analyzes by taking full responsibility for certain issues in the project

  • Conducting research and collecting information for analysis, bringing data together and making analysis

  • Organize and visualize their work to be presented to the customer using applications such as PowerPoint and Excel

  • Providing strategic suggestions to our customers about their problems with the team

Simulation Context

You recently joined 180 Degrees Consulting Boğaziçi Branch as a consultant. Our management team has assigned you to your first project, and you and your team will work with a non-governmental organization (NGO) operating in the field of education this term.

 

Our client has two main problems: increasing the number of volunteers to continue its activities and implement the projects it plans, and financing its projects through income sources such as donations.

 

With your team, you will propose solutions to these problems of your customers at the end of the period. So you've had your first team meeting and determined what to do to begin analysis. Your team leader assigned you 2 tasks for our client who works in the field of education.
