In this simulation you will experience the role of Bank Inspector. The duties of a this role in their broadest form are as follows:

  • Carrying out audit work in branches, subsidiaries, affiliates and all related units

  • Informing relevant business units in order to contribute to the development of business processes at points where deficiencies are detected.

  • Taking part in review and investigation activities

Simulation Context

Following a complaint received at the call center, a problem arose at Exbank's Sanayi Kavşağı/İstanbul branch. According to the claim made by a customer, a relative of this customer came to the branch and deposited 10 thousand TL into the customer's account, but when the customer checked his account later, he saw that the deposited amount was only one thousand TL.

 

During the meeting between the call center and the branch, it was determined that there was no problem in the transactions, and the matter was transferred to Exbank's inspection board and an investigation was opened. As an inspector who has just joined the bank, you are assigned to investigate and shed light on this incident.
