Role

In this simulation, you will be working as an Operations Specialist at SICPA Turkey. The main duties of this role are:

  • Managing Operational Efficiency: Organizing the daily operational flow of the museum, optimizing business processes and increasing efficiency.

  • Improving Visitor Experience: Providing a quality and interactive experience for visitors and improving navigation and information systems within the museum.

  • Developing Revenue Increasing Strategies: Developing revenue increasing strategies and campaigns for the museum store, café and other sales points.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Creating strategies for regular analysis, reporting and improvement of operational performance.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Evaluating visitor feedback and developing actions to increase customer satisfaction.

  • Event and Exhibition Organization: Planning and coordination of museum events, exhibitions and special screenings.

It expands its global operations with business partnerships in the public and private sectors, and plays an important role in the international arena by helping to reduce tax losses and prevent product counterfeiting. The company has also been operating in Museum and Archaeological Sites Project Management and Operation since 2018.
