Simulation Context

The client is an individual with specific health issues and personal goals. She has been diagnosed with hypothyroidism in the past and has special dietary needs due to gluten intolerance. At the same time, she wants to lose weight by gaining healthy lifestyle habits. Your mission is to develop diet programs and suggestions that will improve the lives of your client by considering their health history, daily habits and needs.

 

During the simulation, you will create a client profile, create weekly diet plans, and track your client's nutrition. In each task, you will analyze your client's needs in detail and help them achieve their healthy lifestyle goals.
